- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Xtrac Restoration is a specialized insurance claim contractor. We are an "all-in-one" solution for any possible property loss claim. We will immediately consult with your insurance company to better guarantee accurate compensation for the property loss that has affected your property. If a fire, water/flood or storm has damaged your property, the process for restoring and repairing it can be confusing, time consuming and stressful. That’s why we want to help you on this process. If your property has been damaged, you need to react fast. We recommend assessing the damage, record the date of loss and take pictures of all signs of damage. We can help and coordinate this effort. We will manage the insurance claim process for you. We will contact your insurance company to request the adjuster’s inspection and we will make sure we get the best compensation for your loss. Once the claim is approved the insurance company will send you a settlement to be interpreted and analyzed by one of our claim consultants. We will guide you through the process and explain terms such as “Deductibles, Depreciations and Bank Endorsements”. Getting the funds from the insurance company is only the beginning. We offer a Turn- Key Solution. Claims over a certain amount will need to be sent to your mortgage company. We will also manage and coordinate with your mortgage company the disbursement of funds and inspections.
