- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always strive to provide the services our clients deserve. We don't have one set fee or program because each and every client is different. Whatever you need we will provide a fair market price for our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are just long term clients and friends we have not met yet. Our process is simple: we provide for our customer's needs; we don't force our clients into a pre-packaged service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All leaders are all former Military and Law Enforcement with over 30 years of leadership experience. We pay our officers more then other security companies, because we know that profit margin is not the only indication of success. Higher paid officers always provide better service. Our pay rates attract quality officers. Better service means happy clients. Happy clients means more work. More work means we hire more quailty officers, who provide excellent service to you.. our client.
