I had a great experience with CWS! He helped me move my things from my office to my apartment and was right on time. He was extremely professional kind and respectful and got everything done quickly and carefully. I really appreciated how easy he made the whole process. I’ll definitely be choosing him again since I often need help with moves like this. Highly recommend!

Rating: 0/5 Stars – Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience
If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. The movers failed to show up for my scheduled move without providing any notice or explanation.
I completely understand that delays and unexpected circumstances can happen. However, a simple phone call or message to communicate a delay would have been appreciated. Instead, I drove all the way to my storage unit, only for the movers to never arrive.
I attempted to contact the company multiple times to check on their status and make sure everything was okay, but my calls went straight to voicemail.
This experience was extremely frustrating, inconvenient, and unprofessional. Customers deserve reliable service, clear communication, and respect for their time. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver on all three.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable moving service.
