I am so happy with Wes & Tonya Straight Truck were punctual and professional, I had a washer and dryer, on the 2nd floor needs to be removed, and install new washer and dryer, and place the old washer and dryer in the garage. I called more than three different companies to try to get an appointment for someone to install the washer and dryer at a reasonable cost. Nobody could give me an appointment for over a week. I contacted Thumbtack, and searched more than 10 professionals until I found your Company The technician, arrived on time and within 20 minutes my washer and dryer were installed. I also, had a refrigerator delivered to my house, installed it in the garage, cleaned it, made sure it worked, installed a handler. They also delivered 2nd refrigerator to another house at 9:00 PM. They were polite and efficient and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I would recommend calling them for any appliance repairs Wes and Tony You and your team are extremely professional, you show up when you say you will, you complete the requested service and always go above and beyond what is expected. In all our years I have never once had an issue that you didn’t resolve. When there have been questions, you have always answered them. It is for all these reasons we make sure our family and our customers use you for all their appliance service needs. We have never gotten anything but positive comments back from those we recommend you to. The manufacturers make great appliances, which need great maintenance and service. The after-purchase service your company provides makes all the difference. We have had customers who have tried other service companies but are not satisfied. We then tell them to call Appliance Repair Service – and any problem is immediately solved.
