The original installation company for our solar system went out of business. We found this out when our inverter broke down. We were given the name of a company by the system's manufacturer, but after two weeks we had no response from them. We found Otovo on a list of other providers the manufacturer sent us. I'm grateful we chose to contact them. They responded right away, and we had a service call set up soon after that. They have been very helpful and professional in all of our conversations. The Service Tech just left, and I was very impressed with him. He explained what he would be doing, and gave me a time line for him to complete the work. He then cleaned up after the work was done, and you can't tell he was here. I will be calling Otovo again if I need service on my solar system again.

We purchased a house with a solar system that was defunct. I contacted Otovo, who responded quickly. At the service call, the tech reviewed our system, and discovered a dead inverter. From there, Otovo handled everything. They ordered the part, and then installed it. Painless! Easy! Professional! And then they set up an app where I can monitor system output. I couldnt be more pleased.
