We meet or beat our competitors' prices. We offer 20% discount on first-time customer's contract price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We inquire on the phone our future customer's project details including thier expectations. We visit their homes and measure countertop and backsplash areas. We offer them to visit our showroom and explain various possibilities with our product offerings. Customers select one or more products for us to provide detailed price quotes. Customers choose the best quote in thier opinion and sign a contract. Then we execute the contract and make sure they are fully satisfied with our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Granite Depot is managed and run by a registered professional engineer who goes through products and ethics training every year to maintain his professional license.
