- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge $59/session and most sessions are 60 minutes or less, depending on client needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first seek to completely understand what hurdles you're having trouble jumping over and how it's affecting the different areas of your life. This helps me to be sure that we're on the same page and that I can help you with your specific needs. Once we've chat and broke the ice a little bit, I ask questions and offer suggestions based on what you've told me :) I will often give my clients small action items for homework that I hold you accountable to on a follow up session, if you feel it's necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got over 6 years of general life coaching experience through informal coaching sessions and 2 years of professional coaching experience while being Director of Development for one of the largest RE/MAX franchises in the country. I'm brand new with Thumbtack!
