He came and winterized above ground sprinkler system pipes in the event of a freeze. And he offered to return in the spring to turn system back on and check out individual heads. Communication skills were good with frequent e-mails.

I contacted Patrick to repair a gushing station in my sprinkler system and for a general checkup. He was very responsive and kept me informed about when he would arrive. He found the problem area and one other area that had a leak. He fixed both leaks and added two new sprinkler heads to make sure my entire yard and flower beds were sufficiently covered. When I mentioned that part of the back flow had to be replaced after the last two big freezes, he suggested installing a cutoff valve and showed me how to use it to winterize my system to avoid that issue going forward. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work done and felt that the charges were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing help with a sprinkler system.
