- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of surface, square footage, condition of the floor, level of cleaning or restoration needed, and any specialty services required such as polishing, sealing, stain removal, or heavy buildup removal. We provide upfront pricing whenever possible, and some projects may require an in-person or photo-based estimate to give the most accurate quote. Cleaning supplies are included in our pricing. Additional fees may apply for heavy restoration, furniture moving, excessive buildup, specialty chemicals, travel outside the service area, or after-hours service. Complete Touch Restoration LLC also offers fair pricing for repeat customers, commercial accounts, property managers, churches, and larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with learning about the customer’s needs, the type of surface or service requested, the project location, and the condition of the area. We may ask for photos, measurements, or schedule an on-site estimate so we can provide an accurate recommendation and price. Once the scope is confirmed, we explain the work needed, answer any questions, and schedule the service at a convenient time. On the day of service, we arrive prepared with the proper equipment, cleaning supplies, and professional care needed to complete the job. After the work is completed, we review the results with the customer, provide care recommendations when needed, and make sure the customer is satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on training and many years of experience in professional floor care, natural stone restoration, terrazzo restoration, tile and grout cleaning, polishing, sealing, surface cleaning, and specialty restoration work. Our training comes from real field experience working with residential, commercial, municipal, hospitality, healthcare, airport, courthouse, and corporate facilities. We understand how to evaluate different surfaces, choose the right cleaning or restoration process, use professional equipment, and protect floors and surfaces from damage. Complete Touch Restoration LLC continues to improve through ongoing industry knowledge, product training, safety practices, and hands-on project experience.
