Marblelife started in Fort Bend County in 2008 and has expanded now to include Montgomery County. We specialized in cleaning and restoration of all forms of natural stone and tile as well as Terrazzo and concrete floors, vanities/countertops and exterior surfaces. We work in residential homes as well as the commercial arena. Our ability to make dull and worn natural stones like marble and granite bright, clear and reflective again has been praised routinely. We have used this process on Terrazzo as well. Our Colorseal product takes away all staining and discoloration in grout lines while protecting them from future stains, dirt and discoloration for rest of your time in your home. You can even change the color of your grout to freshen up a room. We make plain and dirty concrete clean and beautiful with steam pressure washing, stains, dyes or epoxy finishes. After multiple past no-shows/cancellations the crew arrived today over an hour past the arrival window that was given to me this morning. The crew arrived in poor shape and didn't appear to know what they were here to do needing to ask me. They worked on our tub and shower and didn't remove the bathroom rugs, proceeding to put their equipment on them until I came and removed them myself. I had to vacuum/mop the floor outside the shower and tub areas due to debris left behind. There was a lack of attention to detail as I had to point out multiple sections and areas of water mineral stain build up to remove at multiple points during the course of the cleaning. Our white grout floor in our shower still has some staining on it even after all of this along with some other small areas on the walls and in corners, I regret making the final payment as the crew left where they promised the shower would look better after the sealant dries and I regret going with this company and hope this review helps temper all of the positive reviews I read and trusted in hiring this company. After they left while I was vacuuming/mopping I realized they broke the door stopper on the door into our shower area as well.
