What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I generally work with a Flat Rate system, which has outline the type of work I'm designing and how many hours it's going to take me to complete. That will be outlined in a invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the client and a general detail conversation about their needs and wants for a new design.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years for technical training in architectural and engineering design. 12+ years of corporate employment in commercial and residential industry.
