Hamed designed my plan for a deck/pergola. He did it so professionally that I never had any issue with the city permit/inspection. He always was available, even after the work was done (and I paid him in full). He was always ready to give me consultants and apply any changes/modifications throughout the project and even after the project. And the most important is the final deck/pergola which turns out awesome.

It would be based on square footage of the new buildings and based on the scope for the remodeling on the existing buildings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After clients agree with the price, I will send the formal contract to review and sign by the client. Job will be start after signed the contract by the client.

I have M.Sc. in structural engineering with +15 years of experience in various type of the structural and building design.
