I wish I could pick all 5 items as they were incredibly responsive and punctual as well. Came out same day, diagnosed the problem, didn’t fix at my request. Went over issues with my pump installation talked about future plans and replastering my pool. Really appreciate everything he did for me. Great service!! Will definitely call back for a future service visit. Thank you very much!

I had an uneventful experience with this company. My generator needed to be inspected, Full Splash Pools answered my request through the Thumbtack app promptly, we were able to meet the next day. James, the pool technician was on time, he inspected the issue, talked to his boss, and game me an estimate. He left to get the parts, came back and finish the job. I usually ask a lot of questions and he was very patient with me and answered all my concerns. This company seems to be serious and professional; they value their customers relationship and hire knowledgeable technicians. I was positively surprised! I will definitely use them for future pool problems.

Thought I could do pool stuff on my own, and just needed a bit of help, so called Stefan and he responded right away. Came out within 24 hours, labeled all my pool equipment, provided education on maintenance and operations, and even helped fix a broken valve. He’s now my go to guy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide free estimates with fair and transparent pricing for before any work is completed. Our weekly service customers never pay a service call fee, and our new pool construction customers get 3 months of free weekly service after project completion!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to understand the needs of our customers, and the specific attention that each pool requires. For new construction, we look to understand the features and vision that our customers have in mind, then we get to work on brining that to life! For weekly service, we conduct an 11 point water chemistry test using the most advanced water testing technology available. Based on that, we determine necessary treatments to balance the pool and then maintain. We also test and inspect pool equipment to recommend routine maintenance and repairs as needed. We are always available by phone, text message and email, 7 days a week!
