- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our maintenance services are All-Inclusive. We've built all the maintenance into one transparent cost that will keep your pool worry free all year long, without changing the price. Our work is our pride at Pool Bros and our reviews tell the same story. Customers choose us because we truly care about our mission; to give back to friends and families by creating a beautiful space for lasting memories.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Repairs/One Off Services: 50% Deposit Required. Repair Diagnostics Require a $150 Service Fee That is Deducted From The Repair Cost If Approved, Otherwise Non-Refundable. New Reoccurring Customers Will Receive a Site Visit and Given an Estimate for Reoccurring Services. Once Approved a Credit Card Authorization Form Will Be Sent to be Filled Out, and the First Invoice Will be Charged. The Card is then Set to Automatically Withdraw the Agreed Amount on the day of the Selected Billing Cycle. Our Service Agreements Are Very Detailed and Transparent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technicians are CPO and PCC-R Certified, meaning they are certified for Commercial and Residential Accounts. Our Operations Manager, Ryan, was Previously a Master Mechanic for 20 Years and Has Plenty of Experience with Pool Automation Systems, Pump Rebuilds, and Anything Mechanical.
