I was very impressed. I wasn't treated like I was stupid for not knowing what was wrong with my pool. I was given the issue, what it would cost for them to fix it, and told about what was told how I could fix it myself and what I would save by doing so. I asked them to do the work and it was completed the same day.

Greg showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the pool heater. After discussing the options available to me, we decided to take a wait and see approach. The diagnosis and inspection were free. I will be calling Heights Pools for any future pool related needs.

I think this might be the first review I've ever written but I had to share my experience with Heights Pools. My pool maintenance people installed my new filter pump and after I started having issues with it they basically stopped responding to my calls. It didn't take long before my pool started to resemble a swamp. I joined Thumbtack and started looking for someone who could help with my problem. Greg from Heights Pool came out to check my pool on a Thursday afternoon, mapped out a strategy and had my pool crystal clear by the following Monday AND at a more than reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with his responsiveness and professionalism. Since he originally came out I've trusted him to install a new booster pump too. For me it's all about trust...and I now trust Greg with my pool needs. Thanks Heights Pool for a job well done!
