I’ve known Jose for over 10 years, and he has consistently taken great care of my pool and all of my pool equipment. From maintaining proper pool chemistry to servicing and troubleshooting equipment, he’s always been reliable and knowledgeable. He originally worked for a large, expensive company and even handled the warranty work on my Pentair equipment, so I’ve seen firsthand the level of professionalism and expertise he brings to the job.
Over the years, I’ve also referred him to friends and family, and he has taken excellent care of them as well. What really stands out is that whenever there’s an issue, he makes it a priority to get it resolved the same day. That kind of responsiveness and commitment is hard to find.
