What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, I like to greet them as soon as I get the alert that they've ordered a reading or healing session from me and let them know when I'll be available to provide them with their service and if necessary schedule a time for the reading to be done.
I keep open communication with all of my clients so if there's ever any questions about me, my services or process, I'm always happy to answer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had a strong sense of intuition and sensitivity to energies around me all of my life and am also a bit of a natural born witch, but am not here to offer spells. I have had lots of life experience and though I've never been formally trained for psychology, just did a couple of semesters in psychology, :) , but I aced them easily and nearly half of my clients have said I'm like their therapist, which I am proud of and think I'm a natural at too :) Maybe I'm a reincarnated counselor?? :)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
I do have standard pricing and also run special sometimes on my site or over Facebook- so feel free to add The Secret Psychic or like my page on FB too-
All of my prices can be found on my site's web store thesecretpsychic.org/apps/webstore :)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to become a professional psychic after I started getting a lot of requests for readings from friends over Myspace. I was a single mom and not getting any help from dad and saw this as an opportunity to help others while helping myself be a better provider for my children.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with many types of people from all over the world even! It's pretty awesome I have to say! Typically, my clients are women, 18-45. Race is no issue for me, neither is social status, gender, life style choices, religious beliefs/ spiritual beliefs.. I've worked with military men, PhD's, single mom's, business women, actors, and a good share of my clients actually come from other psychics as well- or referrals from other psychic's too.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, one of my long time clients had lost the keys to her new car. She turned her home upside down looking for them and was so upset because she was told it would cost $400 to get a new car key made if she could not find the original.
After meditating on her keys off and on for about an hour, I started to see a big grassy yard and a cherry blossom tree and had a strong feeling telling me that the keys were by this tree.
This client lives in Indiana and I am in Texas. I've never been to her house or even seen pictures of it, but after a day of looking she found her car keys about 3 yards from the tree in the grass!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you're looking for a reading for entertainment purposes then I suppose anyone will do. However, if you're looking for someone who will have greater chances of honestly connecting with you and giving a legit psychic reading or someone who has a good reputation for providing any service really- I'd recommend looking for reviews. If you can't find any real information on the person you're considering hiring, you might want to be leery of them. Especially in this line of work, it's no secret that there are frauds and scam artists who try to pose as a psychic or a healer who have no good intentions to be had and often times these people will change their stage name or business name.
Bottom line- look for reviews and evidence the person is reputable.
