Please just stop reading and hire him now.. He is truly the Tile and Grout Expert! I just got into a rental with absolutely filthy Tile (steam cleaning couldn't help). I didn't notice how bad on initial walkthrough. It looked like it hadn't been mopped in years and was horribly stained. The grout in room 2, wasn't even visible after scrub mopping. Room 1 was chemical bombed and hard bristle mopped and still looked filthy. I will go a step further and say I think it even trapped odor. I contacted him and he was able to get me in the same day. He completed a miracle! The floor NOW looks like the new pics I originally seen on the rental ad. Landlord used 2 different types of flooring that needed 2 different processes and he knew exactly what to do. I can't thank him enough! I'm beyond thankful!! I was sooo unhappy/embarrassed with the flooring, NOW I LOVE IT!! A+++

I can't say enough good things about Stephen! First, he is so courteous and pleasant, not to mention hard working. Did to unforseen circumstances, he ended up completing the job alone and did so excellently. Next, he is super responsive. He had a slight delay the first day and gave me adequate notice. The following day, he arrived promptly and addressed a question I had from the previous day. He answered my questions patiently - and I asked a lot of them! Stephen went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The work itself deserves an essay! Stephen is so meticulous... He went over our grout lines one by one, and we have A LOT of tile in our home. His rates are reasonable and the return on investment is off the charts. We LOVE our floors! To be honest, they're even better than they were when we moved in about a year ago. If you're looking for a professional to clean your tile and/or seal your grout, look no further!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is completely negotiable. I have no fixed rates. Pricing is usually determined by Square footage, but The Grout Express pricing is completely negotiable to all customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most new customers are a bit nervous due to poor craftsmanship from previous Contractors so I usually explain the job completely before starting and I make sure my client has a clear understanding of what is being completed.
