Please just stop reading and hire him now.. He is truly the Tile and Grout Expert! I just got into a rental with absolutely filthy Tile (steam cleaning couldn't help). I didn't notice how bad on initial walkthrough. It looked like it hadn't been mopped in years and was horribly stained. The grout in room 2, wasn't even visible after scrub mopping. Room 1 was chemical bombed and hard bristle mopped and still looked filthy. I will go a step further and say I think it even trapped odor. I contacted him and he was able to get me in the same day. He completed a miracle! The floor NOW looks like the new pics I originally seen on the rental ad. Landlord used 2 different types of flooring that needed 2 different processes and he knew exactly what to do. I can't thank him enough! I'm beyond thankful!! I was sooo unhappy/embarrassed with the flooring, NOW I LOVE IT!! A+++

Stephen did a great job cleaning and sealing the grouts in our house. He was quick to respond and came on a very short notice. He was communicating through out the process and making sure we understand everything. Highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is completely negotiable. I have no fixed rates. Pricing is usually determined by Square footage, but The Grout Express pricing is completely negotiable to all customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most new customers are a bit nervous due to poor craftsmanship from previous Contractors so I usually explain the job completely before starting and I make sure my client has a clear understanding of what is being completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Stone Professional. Certified Tile & Grout specialist Marble Restoration Certified Specialist
