Where do I start?!? Juan is not only a superstar, he is a life saver. I’ll just start from the beginning because he is simply that great. I found him on Thumbtack and loved the work I saw. He responded with in minutes of receiving the quote and scheduled the date and time to come out and see the project to quote. Punctuality for him is an understatement. Here’s his first life saving moment (1 of 3). Once he arrived on site with a better understanding of what we needed, he was able to help us out in pricing after being had by the first contractor who left us with a mess. He emailed me the quote (detailed) and then was able to wait for us to get other things tied up for him to do his job. First day on the job (second life saving moment) he arrived and the plumber was here fixing his obvious error from the night before. Juan politely asked (as a hint to us) “when was he going to finish?”I responded, “oh, he did everything yesterday so you could start today.” Not less than 30 minutes later we realized the plumbers work was not correct. It saved us TONS of money (material, labor, tear out) by him not CLOSING IN THE WRONG PLUMB WORK, behind the tile. Juan knew the work wasn’t right. Needless to say the plumber fired himself and we had to still get the work done. His final superhero moment, was giving us a number to a plumber to came and did the work the next day, so he could start his job!

He gave a detail explanation of any question that we had about changes and even suggestions. (Knowledgeable)
He made sure the project was what we wanted for look and maintenance.
He used quality material and had no problems with me ask about how to do something. Fixed areas of other contractors bad craftsmanship (crooked walls, unleveled floor). (Quality Work)
We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! Definitely using him again for any future projects!

Excellent!!! We are very happy with the bathroom remodel. Juan will be starting our next bathroom project hopefully soon. Polite and courteous and kept area clean at all times.

We could not be happier with the phenomenal job Juan and his team did with our bathroom remodel and kitchen backslash after our first contractor messed everything up and abandoned our project.
They were always on time, extremely detailed and communicated with us every step of the way. Juan is a professional and his work is meticulous. He even finished ahead of schedule which is unheard of with contractors. I have and will continue to recommend him to family, friends, and neighbors.
