We had all of our downstairs carpet removed and 18" tiles installed over about 1000 sq ft. Juan was prompt, courteous and professional as all of the previous posters already commented. In our case, he performed miracles, our formal living room and dining room had over a full inch variance in the slab and we were sure we were doomed to have to put carpet back down but Juan has such great technical ability he was able to level the area and still match the tile transitions with our existing wood floors. They came out looking spectacular!
The grout lines are exactly as we wanted and he hauled off and cleaned up everything when he was finished. We couldn't be happier as he did all he promised and more.
We highly recommend him to anyone considering tile work.
