- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair , it’s not expensive compared to different companies , I work for myself , and I do offer discounts, senior discount , and special offers on certain jobs .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to give a first good impression, answer all the questions costumer have. I also give a fair price for the issue and give the reason why the issue is caused .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started by working for a company , slowly building up hours for license , I also love what I do , it’s fun meeting new costumers and different cultures .
