We provide general, legal and medical transcription services. We transcribe the four major work types (History & Physicals, Consults, Operative Reports and Discharge Summaries) for acute care facilities; progress notes and narratives for physical therapy and rehabilitation hospitals, and case management notes.

Legal transcription include depositions; medical record summaries, letters, and vocational rehabilitation consulting transcription available.
Consultant and mentoring services available. Facilitator available for medical transcription skill-building workshops, for corporate training initiatives.
