- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So when we charge, we look at the danger of the tree. The threats we look at are electrical wires. If the tree is rotten, is it closed by the house? Is there anything that we can damage? And how big is the tree? And the discounts that the company offer is to our senior citizens, first responder, and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not very long once we get your call about the services you want. We schedule an estimate. We give you the quote once you are happy with the price we agreed. Then, an invoice is going to be done. We give you the day that can work for both of us and time. The day before the job, we will call you to confirm the time and date we agreed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing tree service for a few years, and I have employees doing this their whole lives, so we are highly qualified for the tree service industry.
