I had my Mantel Pull down & Tilt TV Mount installed today after requesting a quote yesterday so their availability was a good start. There seemed to be a mix-up of the scheduled window, as my time had passed and the technician had not called. I contacted the company via thumbtack and the owner quickly responded and apologized for the mix up. I'm normally very anal about punctuality, but the owner seemed very sincere so I continued with the service. I did receive a call when the technician was 30 minutes away. The technician was polite and courteous, got to work immediately. A couple hours had passed and it seemed be a difficult mount to install above my corner fireplace. Eventually all was well and even with the initial scheduling hiccup, we'd use their services again.
