FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At 100% Plumbing, we believe in fair, transparent pricing—no surprises, no games. We do not charge a service call fee during normal business hours, because we don’t think you should have to pay just to get an honest assessment. For after-hours or emergency calls, there may be an additional fee depending on the situation, but we’ll always let you know up front before any work begins. Our estimates are detailed, with clear breakdowns so you understand exactly what you’re paying for. We also offer options when possible—because we know every customer’s budget and situation is different. Bottom line: we’re here to help, not to hustle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation. We begin by listening—whether it’s a call, message, or on-site visit, we want to understand the issue or project goals clearly. From there, we assess the situation, offer upfront pricing, and walk you through your options so you can make an informed decision. Once approved, we schedule the work at a time that fits your schedule. Our licensed plumbers show up on time, in uniform, and ready to get the job done efficiently and respectfully. We always communicate any changes or findings during the job and make sure you're fully satisfied before we consider it complete. After service, we’re still here for you—whether you need documentation, maintenance tips, or future work, we’re just a call or message away. Our goal is to build trust from day one and earn your business for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings decades of hands-on expertise and certified training to every job. Between our Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) and Journeyman, we have over 20 years of combined field experience—the kind of experience that only comes from solving real problems in real homes and businesses. We also have two certified backflow prevention specialists on staff, which means we’re fully trained and licensed to handle complex water safety systems—critical for both residential and commercial properties. On top of that, we invest in the latest plumbing tools and technology—from precision diagnostic equipment to modern repair techniques—so we can work smarter, faster, and with less disruption to your property. Staying ahead of the curve helps us deliver cleaner work and better results, every time.
