- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and cheaper then a lot of companies because I work for myself so I don’t have to receive a commission. Let me know what a company offered you and we can discuss a cheaper pricing that helps both of us. Call me again for some work and I’ll provide a discount for the second time around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Figure out the problem and how soon do they need the issue resolved. I definitely do last minute calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training for 2 months prior to receiving real work.
