In 2004 Chris Taylor was contracted to do a website for my business, Lake Livingston Waterfront Properties. Although it was one of his first sites to build and he was not particularly knowledgeable about the real estate business, he took ownership of the project through conceptualization, design, content (with not only selling my product and informing my site visitors, but also SEO for page ranking in mind), development and finally getting it online for me.
It turned out to not only be a beautiful website with colors I love to this day (his choosing) but also simple and extremely user friendly. I have had many compliments from other Realtors and clients as to the ease of use and how they thought it was one of the best in our area, if not the best.
While there have been a few tweaks over the years with regard to SEO in order to remain at the number one and 2 spots on Yahoo and almost always Number 1, 2 or 3 on Google and a few other updates, it has basically worked for me over all these years bringing in millions of dollars of real estate sales. Even in the real estate downturn that we just finished with, the site was still there bringing in dollars and basically keeping me in business.
Chris is in the process, and almost through, of building me a more modern site now with responsive design so we can capture more of the mobile market. Buyers these days want a web site experience that maximizes the screen space regardless of whether using a PC or some mobile device
tablet on down to a cell phone and that is what he is providing me with my new site. It too is beautiful and I look forward to getting it up.
Chris is easy to work with, super intelligent, beyond what his resume may indicate, and any business he does work for, he will very quickly pick up on what the client(s) are trying to achieve and give them a very high quality solution. He is kind of a perfectionist so dont expect short cuts.
I am happy to recommend him and, any company he works for, after getting to know him and his work, will surely be happy to have him on staff.
By the way, he kept my site updated for a number of years after completion but that is not included in the time frame he actually worked for me in the creation of and introduction of the site to the market.
