- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally, repair costs are $50 (flat rate granted no hardware needs to be replaces) and website development ranges from $75 to $499.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us we have an associate contact the customer and LISTEN to what the customer is looking for. We then explain what we're able to do and make a plan to make it happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALL of our technitians are self taught and come from a ten plus year background in niche computer suport.
