If you're calling us, it's probably because you wan't it dont correctly the first time or because you've already been at the mercy of another company and you're tired of the run around. We often don't have repeat customers because their problem doesn't surface again due to the level of service provide but we love seeing their accociates, friends and family. Normally, repair costs are $50 (flat rate granted no hardware needs to be replaces) and website development ranges from $75 to $499.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us we have an associate contact the customer and LISTEN to what the customer is looking for. We then explain what we're able to do and make a plan to make it happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ALL of our technitians are self taught and come from a ten plus year background in niche computer suport.
