I don't know about the quality of work Fernando does. Seems like a nice enough guy, but I had a very hard time getting him to return my calls, and after he gave me a quote and we agreed on the job. I went and purchased the materials he told me I needed, then he "texted" me and told me that he could not do the job, because a better job came up. Now I am left looking for another contractor. Thanks Fernando.
