Daniel was great from initial contact till the completion of work! He was very prompt and after struggling to find competent framing carpenter, I came across his profile and he definitely lived up to the great reviews he has. He came out on his off day on short notice to go over the job, was communicative with the scope,price and duration and delivered on every aspect. Daniel was very responsive. We scheduled a date, and he came out on time and got to work.
After most of the work was done, I noticed that the hardiboard used was the wrong style. Daniel didn't make a big deal of the mistake. Simply said he'd be back. He returned with the correct board and replaced it. Looks great.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are per window every window has its own price depending on the size and color style as well as doors and siding
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I’ll come to the customers home to take a look at the project ,after I’ve seen what their needs are then I would give the customer the best option to complete the project, if customer feels comfortable with that then I would continue to sign an agreement with the customer .
If material have to be order I would do so and once is in I’d notify the customer and book an installation appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have a degree but Installing windows and exterior remodeling is what I do best I was born for this .
