- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based on the work to be done - Please send me pictures of the item in question, so I can estimate properly the cost of the work. There is NO charge for a consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Send me a request (please include details). - I will be in contact with preliminary quote or response should I need more information. A preliminary meeting may be requested if the work detail is not sufficient. There is NO charge for a consult. - I will send you an official proposal. - After receiving your approval response of the proposal, I will set up the work date. Payment method will vary depending on the agreement.
