- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue to teach writing, write myself, and read so I am continuously aware of what makes good writing. I am always, however, respectful of a person's style of writing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I discovered I could see mistakes others couldn't and I knew how to fix them. I always like to take a global view and then focus on how to make a work better.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
There is no commonality except the wish to write more cleanly, accessibly and well.
