Introduction: Original Nature LLC provides instruction in yoga, martial arts, and meditation. We offer extensive training geared towards the individual's unique path. Clients receive personalized training in whatever discipline they wish to pursue.
I teach Pralaya yoga, having trained with Robert Boustany (founder of Pralaya Yoga) for many years. Utilizing refined principles of alignment, this style of yoga focuses on balancing strength throughout the body. This practice is available to everyone of all skill levels.
I also teach a variety of Chinese martial arts such as Pai Lum, Xing Yi, Bagua, and Tai Chi. I teach based on the student's capacity to learn traditional arts. This type of training is not easy, and I demand a lot from my students. Group classes are twice a week (Thursday, 6:00 am and Sunday, 6:30 pm).
I also practice meditation based on Daoist principles and share simple exercises and visualization techniques to help focus one's energy.
