Highly recommend! My mom looks forward to every single session. The instructor is so patient, friendly, and calm, explains slowly and clearly. Her mix of gentle chair yoga, deep breathing, and meditation is perfect for seniors. We are so grateful to have found her!"

Riya ma'am is a great Yoga teacher, she is very sweet, polite and will explain to you about every asanas in detail and how it will have the impact on your body and she makes every minute count and unlike other classes where at times it feels like we are just doing exercises but here with Riya ma'am after every Yoga session I feel rejuvenated After every session!! Also I cannot emphasize on how Professional Riya ma'am is as it feels like every session has been carefully designed and never repeated hence never boring. She is the best yoga teacher I have ever met.

It has been a wonderful experience for me. The 2 months of classes felt just like 2 weeks. I really want to thank you for the efforts and assistance you gave me throughout the 2 months of training. Riya is a very professional, well experienced and has deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about yoga poses & alignment. I have also received great guidance and inspiration from you on time to time basis. She is very sweet, polite and will explain you about every asanas in detail and how it will have the impact on your body. I would definitely recommend to approach her without even a second thought. She is the best yoga trainer I have ever met.
