- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront- transparent pricing. You’ll know the price before we start working. No surprise or hidden fees or charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen carefully to customers about their concerns, issues, or other problems with their plumbing systems. Do a thorough review of customers plumbing systems and make them aware of any issues that may arise. Educate customer about what they may need to fix immediately and what may be needing repairs in future reference. Give customers options for repairs or replacement of existing plumbing fixtures or plumbing systems. This way, a customer can make an educated decision on what type of repairs they should do to alleviate original problem and whether or not to upgrade their plumbing systems, to be proactive and prevent future problems. We offer financing for all types of repairs and upgrades.
