Paul was very professional, prompt, responsive, and went beyond the pale in doing "whatever it took" to get my new PC up and running. I presented him with a big challenge. As an avid photographer, I had thousands of precious photos I wanted to successfully transfer. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Paul creatively found solutions to each challenge.
