Paul was very professional, prompt, responsive, and went beyond the pale in doing "whatever it took" to get my new PC up and running. I presented him with a big challenge. As an avid photographer, I had thousands of precious photos I wanted to successfully transfer. There were a few hiccups along the way, but Paul creatively found solutions to each challenge. I HIGHLY recommend Paul. On top of his professionalism, he is a patient, kind, wonderful person.

Paul was absolutely amazing from the start! From the consistent communication to the industry knowledge he was the right guy for the job. You can tell he has a passion for his work and cares about his customers. He drove all the way out to my house to help with my issue and even when we couldn’t find the issue right away, he was diligent and communicative through the whole process and we eventually fixed my issue! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
