- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the pest issue, property size, treatment needed, and whether it is a one-time service or ongoing maintenance. We try to keep pricing straightforward and fair, and we will always explain the recommended service before doing any work. For general pest control, we offer one-time treatments and recurring maintenance plans. Some services, such as German roaches, rodents, termites, fleas, fire ants, wildlife issues, or exclusion work, may require a more customized quote. We do not believe in surprise pricing. If additional work is needed, we will explain the issue and get approval first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few questions about what you are seeing, where the activity is happening, and how long it has been going on. For some services, we can provide pricing over the phone or by text. For more involved issues, we may recommend an inspection. Once we understand the issue, we explain the treatment options, pricing, and what to expect before and after service. After the treatment, we provide recommendations to help prevent the problem from coming back. Our goal is to make the process simple, honest, and effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Termite King has years of hands-on pest control and termite experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our team is trained in identifying pest activity, choosing the right treatment method, and applying products safely and effectively. We work with common Texas pest issues including ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, termites, fleas, fire ants, mosquitoes, and general household pests. We focus on doing the job correctly, explaining the process clearly, and helping customers understand what is actually needed for their home.
