The Nelson’s were amazing! Our elliptical has been out of service for over a year because we couldn’t find anyone who was reasonably priced to come and fix it. They ordered the part that was needed and came back to fix it. Would definitely work with them again if we ever needed more repairs!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Most repair and assembly jobs are a $50 service call for us to come out and then $60/ hr for diagnostics and labor. If an additional visit is needed to replace parts, only hourly labor costs will apply for those visits. For instant bookings, prices and estimates are discussed in confirmation on (and appointments may be cancelled if customer is unhappy with pricing). For all other leads, prices and estimates will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
