- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most repair and assembly jobs are a $50 service call for us to come out and then $60/ hr for diagnostics and labor. If an additional visit is needed to replace parts, only hourly labor costs will apply for those visits. For instant bookings, prices and estimates are discussed in confirmation on (and appointments may be cancelled if customer is unhappy with pricing). For all other leads, prices and estimates will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
