My garage door was sitting crooked and I couldn't get it all the way up or down. I called these guys and they were able to help me get everything back in working order. The technician was prompt and informative. Will gladly work with them again!

Hello, my name is Rachel, I reached out to atlas store company, and I would love to say, I truly need to give credit where credit is due, as soon as I sent out a request for help on my garage door. Chris answered very promptly and was able to come the same day, which was very unexpected, but very much needed, once Chris arrived he evaluated the problem, super fast, and he was able to do the job on the spot ! Now I would like to take a minute and just talk about Chris himself, he was very polite very, very honest he made me feel as I was working with a member of my family, he listened to all my concerns and was able to meet all of them, he is definitely heaven sent in my book, I would highly highly recommend him to all my family and friends. Chris did a great job repairing my garage door. He responded almost immediately on a Saturday morning and really saved the day for me. My garage door was stuck open and I put out an inquiry on ThumbTack and he responded within a few minutes, then was at my house within 20 minutes. After agreeing to his service, he began working immediately. His knowledge of garage doors was very clear, and the cost for his services was very fair. He was pleasant and professional, and his work also comes with a one-year warranty. I highly recommend him!
