In all my job when included material only , always ask for 30 % of advance or down payment when arrive and start painting never before or we can negotiate the amount, no problem at all. I always apply Sherwin Williams or Brend that you prefer . We can make estimates in two ways , one is pass by or sending pictures and discuss your project. I had a great experience with Guillen Painting from start to finish. He painted all of the trim on my home, the front door, the ceilings of both porches, and the concrete patio. He is very prompt in responding, helped me pick out the colors for everything! His price was reasonable and he was very professional and wanted to make sure everything was done properly. Thank you!

Although he is an older painter, he was very diligent and worked hard to complete the job. Even though he was injured during the painting process, his dedication and determination to finish his work were truly impressive.

I can’t stress enough how happy I am with the quality and service I received. It took less than a week for him to prep prime and work a miracle on my exterior. I feel good driving up to my house now. You WILL NOT find an easier painter to work with. He communication was exceptional and there were unforeseen things that arose but he show them to me… explained my options… and gave excellent pricing. The best quality he has is VALUE! He is not going to try to rip you off. He does an honest day work for an honest days pay. He can always give out my number for a reference. I will definitely use him in the future for any work he can do.

He painted all of our fascia and trim around the whole exterior of our house and painted the ceilings of our patio and above our front door. He did a fantastic job and we are so happy with how it came out. He arrived on time and is very professional and very reasonable rates. We will definitely be hiring him to do other jobs around the house in the future!!
