- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Poseidon Premier we know your time is valuable so provide free over the phone consultations and estimates. We want to ensure we are the right company for you! On-site bids are provided for a $75.00 fee. We will provide you with a detailed line itemed no nonsense quote that you will have 100% confidence will not change during your project. This fee will be deducted when we move forward with your project. Our goal is to provide to you with best hassle free experience possible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to ensure a smooth hassle free experience for you! We get started on your bids immediately and will typically have your detailed bid over within 24 hours of your on-site visit. We will go over all the details of your bid with you so that you are fully educated of the work to be completed. Knowledge is power and knowing where how your hard earned money will be used will give you confidents and peace of mind with Poseidon Premier.
