I was at a loss for words upon seeing my hardwood floor buckling and cupping. After searching online, I came across Dallas Restoration and Construction. Jonathan, the general manager, was extremely professional, addressing all my questions and even taking the time to explain the insurance process. His team arrived within an hour of my call, swiftly using their moisture meter and flare gun to assess the moisture spread. They tirelessly worked to mitigate all damages. I can't imagine what I would have done without them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company— not only were they transparent throughout, but they also kept us well-informed. Even our insurance company was impressed.
