- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer fixed rates, so we dont have to rush and can do the job right. If it is a situation where both us and the client agree it might be unpredictable-hourly will usually be in place.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for honesty, experience and pictures of work. Too many over night professionals. Like anything in life, you get what you pay for. Get it done right.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
They always think we have the dream job...until they see us come out of their attic in the summer. Then it becomes "I dont know how y'all do it."
