The project involved installing a new showerhead, shower faucet (trim) and the mixing valve inside the wall. This was done very well and on time by Jorge and his crew. The project ran into problems because there was an issue with one of the parts that I ordered. Jorge went above and beyond by going to the plumbing supply store (twice!) to look for replacement parts. He was able to find and install these and complete the install on time. I can't say enough about service like this, particularly when things go wrong.
