I needed an appliance service tech to look at a dishwasher. I found Maple Leaf online, made an appointment. Received a confirmation almost immediately, and then a request to attend in the morning rather than the afternoon as I had initially asked for. This suited my needs, so I agreed. The service tech gave me a heads up and attended well within the 3 hour window. He made a diagnosis, and discussed options. Sherwin was very personable and helpful. He billed me as I had been previously advised...I would use him again in the future.
