My overall experience with Maple Leaf was very quick and easy. Their communication is exceptional.From booking my appointment to getting my appliance fixed was wonderful. Their booking system was online, there was time slots and a lot of availabilities that I was able to book that met my needs.Dima, the tech texted me 30 minutes before his arrival on site and when he arrived, he was very friendly and professional. He was punctual upon his arrival and he introduced himself, understood what my issue was and walked me through the steps that he was going to take to troubleshoot the issue along with the prices associated and asked me if I would like to proceed with them. He was also very informative on what the cause.Thank you, Dima and the Maple Leaf team!
