Needed my carpet cleaned for high traffic areas and decided to have my tile and grout cleaned since I've never had it done before and have been in my home for several years. I had no idea my tile grout was tan, I thought it was dark grey and my kitchen looks beautiful! The technician was extremely kind and courteous and walked me thru my house after to make sure I was satisfied with results, amazing customer service. When the last company we used to clean our floors finished the technician said he was done, asked for payment and left which I thought was fine until now. Miracle Steam by far is our best and only choice for carpet cleaning.

My carpet was horrible due to pets and smaller children. They came out and brought my carpet back to life. The workers removed pet stains and odor and made my carpet look and feel brand new. I would refer them to everyone I know. They even took one of my area rugs with them when they left and cleaned it and returned it back to me just as promised. They have very reasonable rates and does an awesome job.

My family has been in our home for over 15 years and I started to see the wear and tear on our carpet as a result of everyday living and having 2 children in the house. It was embarrassing to see some of the stains that I just could not get out on my own, and I was dissatisfied with other companies I had tried and inevitably the carpet smelled fresh, but it was too wet or the stains were still there. A family member directed us to Miracle Steam and now, our carpet looks and smells like new, and you can't beat the price! The Technician walked the job with us beforehand, noting any concerns and stains. Then he got to work, which was quicker than I was thinking it would be. After he was done, I walked the carpeted areas and was so impressed with the cleanliness and pattern he left. I could not believe he was able to remove, Kool aid stains, paint stains, and rust stains from chair bottoms. Definitely and day and night difference!!! Our technician was friendly, thorough, and meticulous. We will definitely be giving him a call in the future and referring him to our friends!
