Our pricing is very competitive with other professionals. We can negotiate on longer term contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, get as much information as possible upfront so we have a better idea of the issue. This will lead to faster troubleshooting, better solutions, and maintenance steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All techs have several industry standard certifications such as A+, Network+, and Security+. Techs have also been in the industry for at least 2 years up to as high as 10 years.
