Shawn called ahead and arrived on time, ran diagnostics, and quickly determined the problem. He was professional, explained the issue, and gave me his recommendation and options. Shawn was super helpful when my computer crashed. The hard drive was badly damaged so he was unable to extract data, but he went out of his way to go to Best Buy with me to buy a new drive. He installed Windows and helped me get Microsoft programs back. He was so nice and calm which really helped during a very stressful time.

Shawn was excellent...he identified the problem quickly and offered several solutions and guidance and found the best one for me at a great(low) cost. He went the extra mile when he took time to go get the new part for me and got my computer up and running very quickly. He gave me some suggestions on how to keep the computer running with no problems. He gave guidance on what to do to avoid future problems. He's definitely my go-to person if I need anything else. Highly recommend him!
