What a great experience. Shawn was so patient and answered all of my questions. He treated me very respectfully and he helped me through my computer issues. I was so impressed that I am having him work on my husband’s laptop. Will definitely use him in the future.

I strongly recommend Shawn for your computer support needs. He did a great job helping me set up my new Windows Surface laptop last month. Taught me a bunch about operation and shortcuts. What a nice and patient repairman. He listen to everything that I wanted to accomplish and completed each. He even went beyond and added a program to make my computer work faster and better. I have in the past just bought something new instead of fixing. His fixes are better and cheaper than just buying a replacement. 100 % recommend and would use again if needed.
