Shawn was super helpful when my computer crashed. The hard drive was badly damaged so he was unable to extract data, but he went out of his way to go to Best Buy with me to buy a new drive. He installed Windows and helped me get Microsoft programs back. He was so nice and calm which really helped during a very stressful time.
