Shawn was excellent...he identified the problem quickly and offered several solutions and guidance and found the best one for me at a great(low) cost. He went the extra mile when he took time to go get the new part for me and got my computer up and running very quickly. He gave me some suggestions on how to keep the computer running with no problems. He gave guidance on what to do to avoid future problems. He's definitely my go-to person if I need anything else. Highly recommend him!

Shaun did a great job fixing my corrupt windows. Arrived on time, very professional, explained what he was going to do and knock it out in 2 hours. Most of the time was spent saving my files on my hard drive before installing the new windows media to my computer. My computer is back to normal and none of my personal files were lost. I’ll be keeping his contact info and using or referring him to other friends and family in the future.
