Had an issue w/ the door not wanting to close on Saturday. Sounded like the motor was jammed somehow, but the door moved freely up & down when released from the track. Jose came out later the same day & diagnosed the problem as needing a replacement control board. I had that same issue a few years ago & had replaced it myself as it was under warranty. Being out of warranty now, it would have cost $150 & taken a week to get so I had them install a new Chamberlain opener. Picked it up Sunday morning and they installed it that afternoon. Easy-peasy, Jose checked & lubricated all the door hinges & rollers & the new opener is very QUIET now! Excellent service & well worth the cost. Will keep RIOS GARAGE DOOR in my contacts for future reference!
