- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will never be the cheapest option and I do not want to be. I focus on afforable quality. We will never take shortcuts or use cheap materials to make a buck. A good reputation is priceless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First would be a meet and greet and find out what you desire. This and all estimates are free. We just want to serve you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 31 years of hands on experience. However I have also learned how to find and manage talented people.
