When I first called Herndon services we hit it off great! The price was reasonable, the owner was great, scheduling the first apt was easy and on time. We had a very large project so it took a few trips (expected) The crew on the first trip was fantastic! Couldn't have asked for a better crew. They covered up everything even the floors and appliances and asked what color to paint everything prior to painting and everything. However for the 2nd trip there was different set of guys. They didnt cover up hardly anything had paint everywhere from my floors to light fixtures, to my fireplace, to my pictures (Not sure if this was done on which trip) and paint edges were not straight at all. Then they arrived late then left extremely early and told their boss " i had to leave and told him to leave" Which was a lie! So I called the owner expressed how upset I was how paint was everywhere and they only painted for 3 1/2 hours and the owner asked " they said you had to leave" I told him nope. So he scheduled another day then no one showed up and when i finally reached someone at 12-12:30 he said "your not on the schedule. When I had it via text message from the owner that i was. So I screen shot and texted it to him. He said well, im sorry scheduling got mixed up. I said well why didnt you answer my phone calls or text from 9-noon? I could of gone to work? No reply. So the next week (yes I had to wait a whole another week) the owner came and removed 95% of the paint off stuff but not all of it. Then he stated he would send someone to fix the edges and where paint wasnt suppose to be.. So i called him a week later asking when that was going to happen he just told me " i was at your house all day and your done" I laughed and stated I would finish his job for him. So later that day I texted him pics of everything he said he would fix and then he said " i will come personally again" I didnt respond as I dont want them back in my house for business. He did a poor job running and scheduling as well as the work was poor (Except for the first crew) The picture they got paint was on my wedding picture that is a 16x20 on canvas that is mounted that cost me 350.00 he is refusing to pay for this. So I will take other means on this part. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Scheduling is poor, paint got everywhere, communication is poor and company doesnt want to take responsibility for the paint on the picture he doesnt think they did it when its the color that they were painting and they were the only ones painting. The only reason I gave them two starts is for the 1st crew who worked from 10am until 9pm and only took a lunch break and did an excellent job (Jessie) so Thank you Jessie!!

For over 17 years we have had a spotless record, because we care about the quality of our work and the views of our customers and what they think about our company. There was an issue with this job, we made a scheduling mistake, we had them scheduled via text but didn't log on actual schedule, my fault. I apologized and I have made every attempt to make this customer happy to no avail. We have paid for paintings that we weren't allowed to get checked to make sure what was on it was paint but we paid over $300 to get new painting anyway. We have sent several crews after the customer has given the ok on job, Mrs ****** would call with something else. I believe this is just a method to try and get out of paying the remaining funds owed. I have an email from customers husband stating that they would send the final invoice once it was revised, and we have yet to see payment. We have been blocked by customer from calling. I have done everything I know of to please this customer and don't know what else to do! We work hard to keep an A+ rating and will continue to work hard to keep it! They were very fast, courteous, and at a very good price I would defiantly hire them for another painting job when one comes up in the future

Did a good job, very professional. Took a little longer than expected but worked with many colors and were easy to get in touch with at all hours for updates and so forth... would use again!

Did not communicate well at all ended up having our customer say he did not want them doing the job at all.

We contacted Brittany several times in reference to this job that we went out and bid for her company, due to her having phone issues she said she didn't get our messages. And during that time customer chose another company, i assume. We cant control a job when were going through a third party, scheduling and setting up the job falls on them the company that called on us to bid the job because the customer is theirs not our directly. The only contact we had with the customer was sending someone out to bid the job, quote sent to Brittany and her company. Sales Manager Samuel
