We contacted Brittany several times in reference to this job that we went out and bid for her company, due to her having phone issues she said she didn't get our messages. And during that time customer chose another company, i assume. We cant control a job when were going through a third party, scheduling and setting up the job falls on them the company that called on us to bid the job because the customer is theirs not our directly. For over 17 years we have had a spotless record, because we care about the quality of our work and the views of our customers and what they think about our company. There was an issue with this job, we made a scheduling mistake, we had them scheduled via text but didn't log on actual schedule, my fault. I apologized and I have made every attempt to make this customer happy to no avail. We have paid for paintings that we weren't allowed to get checked to make sure what was on it was paint but we paid over $300 to get new painting anyway. We have sent several crews after the customer has given the ok on job, Mrs ****** would call with something else. I believe this is just a method to try and get out of paying the remaining funds owed. I have an email from customers husband stating that they would send the final invoice once it was revised, and we have yet to see payment. We have been blocked by customer from calling. I have done everything I know of to please this customer and don't know what else to do! We work hard to keep an A+ rating and will continue to work hard to keep it!
